OUR PURPOSE

Support that feels personal, practical, and grounded in real life.

Grade A exists to make mental health support feel more accessible and connected to everyday life. Counseling is not one-size-fits-all. Care should reflect each person’s strengths, experiences, goals, and pace.
Audra’s approach is collaborative and down-to-earth. Together, clients identify what is keeping them stuck, build coping tools that fit their lives, and create realistic strategies for meaningful change.

Core Values

A clear, caring approach designed to help people feel supported and capable of taking the next step.

Growth

We believe healing is a journey of continuous learning and personal development.

Acceptance

We provide a safe, nonjudgmental space where every person is welcomed as they are.

Compassion

We lead with empathy, kindness, and understanding in every interaction.

Connection

We foster meaningful relationships that empower lasting change.

A GROWING PRACTICE

Building a broader home for counseling, education, and community support.

Today, Grade A provides individual and group counseling, clinical supervision, workshops and speaking, and school or organizational consulting.
The long-term vision is to grow Grade A into a broader wellness hub that expands access to care, supports developing counselors, and creates more opportunities for honest conversations about mental health.
